- 6 years of experience in Connections Planning Communications Planning Media Planning Brand Strategy or Marketing Consulting
- Samples of strategic deliverables or case studies (i.e. briefs customer journeys)
- Experience working with creative teams
- Experience working across platforms: digital marketing e-commerce brand website social email and/or physical retail
- Experience working with a large global brand
- Expertise in consumer technology: hardware software services
- Expertise in Channel marketing (3rd-party retailers e-commerce platforms and Carriers)
- Proven track record of collaborating with internal or external strategic counterparts (Brand Strategy Content Strategy Data Sciences Consumer Insights Channel Partner Communications Interactive Retail)
- Developed thought-leadership literature (white papers articles presentations) that shifted paradigms around customer engagement models
