As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology team you will play a crucial role in our agile team. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering secure stable and high-quality Engineering and GenAI technology products. You will be tasked with implementing critical Quality Engineering solutions leveraging Gen AI technology across various technical domains and business functions all aimed at supporting the firms business objectives.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification onsoftware engineeringconcepts and 5 years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in Python GenAI based system design application development testing and operational stability
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple automation deliveries and diverse stakeholders consistently ensuring high-quality outcomes even under pressure.
- Experience in developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming language Python along with database querying languages SQL.
- Hands-on experience on Python and GenAI based system development.
- Hands-on Experience in ML Techniques like Supervised and Unsupervised Learning methodologies& Exposure to LLM etc.
- Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle especially on Data Science.
- Experience in agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS/Azure/GCP
- Exposure to LLM models like ChatGPT Google Bard etc.
- Exposure to Langchain RAG and Fine Tuning of the LLM Models.
- Exposure to PySpark and Databricks for Data pipeline creation.
- MCA/BTech Engineering
