Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Nashua NH.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Support a collaborative care environment with nurses therapists and other staff
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in New Hampshire
Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care setting required
