Purpose of the role:
To lead and support the day-to-day operations of the HGV fleet workshop while actively contributing to vehicle maintenance and repair. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical expertise with supervisory responsibilities ensuring safe efficient and compliant service delivery.
The Workshop Supervisor plays a key role in maximising fleet availability driving workshop performance and fostering a collaborative safety-focused team culture.
