Job Summary
Are you looking for a position in which you keep things moving and deliver when it matters most If so then you could be the newest addition to our team as Warehouse Supervisor.

About the role
Working 40 hours per week on day shifts (with occasional weekend work) youll manage our contract logistics site in Stallingborough dedicated to a single customer. Youll oversee the pick & pack operation ensuring inbound and outbound stock is processed efficiently and accurately.
You will be responsible for:
Managing warehouse operations for a single customer contract
Overseeing pick & pack activities and stock control
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the site
Monitoring daily KPIs and reporting performance
Managing resources and team schedules effectively
Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits
Driving continuous improvement in processes and standards
About you
Youll have at least 3 years experience at supervisory level in a busy contract logistics environment and hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence. Strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly are essential. Youll be confident managing people processes and performance in a fast-paced setting.
