Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026 all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

• Full time(80 hours per fortnight monthly ADO) Monday to Friday - varied shift times (start times range from 6:45am - 12:45pm)

The Department

The Radiology & Nuclear Medicine Department at The Alfred provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic interventional and therapeutic radiology nuclear medicine and PET services for inpatients and outpatients.

The Role

As the Radiology & Nuclear Medicine Clerical Training & Development Supervisor you will report to the Clerical Manager and be responsible for supervising the training of clerical staff to ensure the team have the necessary skills to provide services in a timely effective and efficient manner.

Skills and Experience Required

This exciting new role requires you to have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience training and mentoring staff preferably in a major health service
• Sound clerical phone booking and reception skills
• Strong analytical problem solving and conflict management skills
• The ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• The ability to adapt to change and be flexible
• The ability to follow directions and comply with the Alfred health & departmental Policies and Procedures
