In this role youll be the voice of our dealership-building strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and helping connect them with the right vehicles and services. Youll play a key part in driving growth and customer satisfaction while developing valuable communication and sales skills.
What Youll Do
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
Communicate our dealerships value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation building rapport and trust.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in customer service call center or sales environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive energetic and professional attitude.
Reliable driven and motivated to meet goals.
Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
