Your opportunity
The Majors Finance team is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their this role you will lead the financial management and lease administration of Scentre Groups major tenant portfolio ensuring financial integrity lease compliance and strategic alignment across all assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the majors finance team coordinating key financial processes and reporting cycles to ensure accuracy consistency and business alignment
- Interpreting complex lease agreements to ensure accurate revenue recognition (rent recoveries % rent) and compliance with all financial obligations.
- Delivery of accurate budgets forecasts and reporting supported by variance analysis and insights on key drivers risks and opportunities
- Build effective partnerships with internal teams and major tenants to support strong financial and commercial outcomes.
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support lease negotiations renewals and development projects driving informed decision-making.
