实习生项目目的 - 旨在通过提供实际的工作任务与在职培训使在校学生在完成实习工作的同时进一步了解企业与工作岗位的职责要求实现知识积累与实践应用的结合指引以后的职业选择

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provide clerical and administrative support to Engineering department to allow for more efficient operations including not limited to:

* Compile Team monthly news letter

* Enhance the visualization of the team report-out slides

* Team operation data recording table processing

* Room booking and reminders sending

* IT asset management inventory and record keeping

* Support team for materials collection and preparation

* Departmental library management

* Responsible for the maintenance of some project management document

* Travel information preparation

* Maintenance of office supplies

* Support team building activities arrangement

Requirement

* The position typically requires more than 4 months Internship period More than 4 days per week.

* Good communication skills in Chinese (verbal & written)

* Good Knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office) strong Office capabilities (O365 suite and PowerApps is a plus

* Good capabilities to read and write in English is a must advanced English skill is a plus but not mandatory

* Ability to multi-task effectively high attention to detail and the ability to think Critically Problem Solver.

* Self-motivated an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Desired Qualifications:

* Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders

* Video editing and shooting capability is a plus
