Youll be selling a high-value professional recruitment service in a fast-moving B2B market partnering with organizations in a variety of sectors that value quality and trust. Youll have a strong brand tools and team behind you but your success will come from your energy curiosity and integrity.
What Youll Do
- Drive new business through proactive outreach networking and relationship building.
- Meet with business leaders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding and account growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously refine your sales approach.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in professional services or consultative selling.
- Proven success generating leads and closing new business.
- High energy strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.
- Excellent communicator with a professional client-focused approach.
- Resilient competitive and motivated by achievement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Exposure to or experience in the oil & gas mining utilities renewables or similar sector is an asset.
