Interstate Parking Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads prospecting new clients and driving revenue growth for our parking facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels
  • Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth
  • Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development role
  • Experience in the parking or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $45 per hour
  • Currency: USD
