Interstate Parking Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads prospecting new clients and driving revenue growth for our parking facilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels
- Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a business development role
- Experience in the parking or hospitality industry is a plus
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $45 per hour
