Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: ASVH-Flagstaff 2100 N. Gemini Rd. Flagstaff AZ
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM 40 hours/week No weekends or overtime
Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate plan and provide individualized therapy to residents in a collaborative healthcare environment. Youll help patients regain strength and independence while working alongside Occupational Therapy Speech and Nursing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment programs
Deliver hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility and function
Document care accurately and update treatment plans as needed
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
Maintain confidentiality and uphold facility standards
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Arizona PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in rehab acute or long-term care preferred (entry-level welcome)
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
