The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources support for a designated department assisting with recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and compliance activities. This position will report to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources and will serve as a liaison between the department and the HR office to ensure consistent application of policies timely resolution of HR issues and effective communication across all levels of the organization. This position will collaborate with program managers employees and Trident Technical College Human Resources team to promote a positive work environment and ensure alignment with institutional goals and HR best practices.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires high school diploma and relevant human resources experience. Preferred candidate will have an associate degree plus two (2) years relevant human resources experience: or a bachelors degree and relevant human resources experience or high school diploma plus four (4) years relevant human resources experience.
