What are we looking to add to our team
We areseekinga dedicated and detailed individual to join ourPeople team. Reporting to theHR Director you willplaya crucialpartin ensuring that HR functions run smoothlyourpeopleprogramsare effective and thatevery employee feels supported throughouttheir SeekOutjourney.
Thisis a hands-on role in astartup environment that blendsoperational excellence with a passion for building programsthat reflectSeekOutscore partner across teams to support everythingfromonboarding andbenefits tocompliance engagement andcareer development.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain administration and optimization ofmultipleHR tools and thepointpersoncoveringdata confidentialityandmaintenanceofemployee records.
- Managethe fullonboardingand offboardingexperience ensuring every employees transition isseamless and human.
- Partner withHRLeadership on variouspeopleprograms including performance management and benefit renewal cyclesincluding launching and closing each cycleand providing regular reporting during the program.
- Act as firstpointofcontactfor employee questions and providetimely thoughtfulsupport.
- Partner with internal recruiters toassistwith coordinatinginterviewingand hiring.
- Partner on company-wide projects in various areas including diversity development engagement and analytics.
- Support employees with work authorization leavesof absencereturn-to-work andbenefitspoliciesgenerally.
- Ensure all HR processes are aligned withdifferentemployment laws and SeekOutsstandards for fairnessand integrity.
You will be a great match if you have:

- Have 35 years of HR Generalist experience in a startup environment with an emphasis on operations.
- Hold a Bachelors degree (SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred).
- Use data to influence and execute people operations with basic AI usage to help accomplish tasks.
- Are an active listener who surfaces insights and considers context and impact.
- Bring creative scrappy problem-solving to ambiguous challenges.
- Demonstrate high EQ empathy and thoughtful employee support.
- Are resilient deliver on commitments and set clear expectations.
- Understand HR metrics and can draw meaningful insights from data.
- Have strong knowledge of employment laws HR policies and best practices.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $108000 - $115000 annually
