Job Summary
Audit Senior Accountancy Practice
Salary: 35000 per annum
Working Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break
Location: Cannock Town Centre (Office-Based) Parking Pass Provided
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
Our client a reputable and long-standing Chartered Accountancy practice in the Cannock area is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or AAT qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience within an accountancy practice including strong exposure to audit work. You will support portfolio managers deliver a high standard of client service and play a pivotal role in audit and financial reporting across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies partnerships and sole traders
- Manage bookkeeping and prepare VAT returns where required
- Complete corporation tax computations and submissions
- Assist with personal tax work when necessary
- Build strong client relationships and provide clear communication throughout engagements
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or AAT qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience within an accountancy practice including strong exposure to audit work. - ACCA or AAT Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge in audit accounts preparation VAT & tax
