HR Administrator Support Staff Recruitment and Statutory Compliance Ealing

A well-organized academy in Ealing is seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support for staff recruitment and statutory compliance from January 2026.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role ideally within a school or public sector environment.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment onboarding compliance DBS checks).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and employment legislation.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related staff queries and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on recruitment strategy.
