Role Information
As SENCO you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of SEND across the school managing EHCPs and working closely with parents staff and external agencies. You will play a vital role in shaping the schools inclusive approach and ensuring every student receives tailored support to reach their potential.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete qualification
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Salary
Paid to scale on MPS / UPS SEN Allowance
