Job Summary
Our client is seeking a DT Technician to join a thriving secondary school in Birmingham from January.
DT Technician required on a full-time basis
Ofsted Good School in Birmingham
Excellent opportunity to support a dynamic Design & Technology department
The successful DT Technician will provide practical and technical support to teachers and students across the Design & Technology curriculum. Youll be responsible for preparing materials maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe working environment in workshops and classrooms.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a DT Technician or in a similar technical support role
Knowledge of woodworking metalworking or resistant materials
Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations
Organised proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
Legal right to work in the UK
