Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and compile tenders as delegated by management project managing the process of information gathering design graphics stakeholder engagement and final submission in support of the Team Leader and Proposal Managers.
- Strengthen and build the banks profile in the proposal management community and ensure personal development through involvement and membership in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) to enhance and improve the graphical representation in tenders on behalf of Transaction Banking Tender submissions.
- Design and deliver high quality template designs illustrations and diagrams to Proposals and Presentations team and broader sales teams including the meticulous formatting of documents in MS Word and PowerPoint; applying strong conceptualising / brainstorming abilities in order to deliver high quality and effective presentations and documentation.
- Optimise and enhance tender submissions and proposals by constantly reviewing written proposal content and suggest ways to make communications more visual and simplified to bring the key messages and deliverables across.
- Engage and facilitate discussions fact finding and brainstorming sessions and meetings with key internal stakeholders centred on bringing together sales product and proposals goals through high-impact graphics to win more business taking time sensitive deadlines into account.
- Enhance and optimise layouts the look and feel and design of proposals and presentations on a continuous basis positioning the Bank and Transaction Banking at the forefront of efficient and creative proposals ahead of the rest of the market.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and competencies required:
- Graphic Design degree / diploma or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Media / Communications / Marketing degree / diploma or equivalent qualification advantageous.
- Must be able to speak read and write English and Portuguese.
- Basic HTML and CSS experience advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a client liaison environment.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an advertising or marketing agency and / or motor manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
- A valid drivers license (advantageous).
Key skills required:
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator etc.).
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Social content creation and social ad management.
- Securing new revenue streams in the Digital Media space.
- Customer service orientated.
- Excellent communication skills including understanding and interpreting briefs.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to think logically and analytically.
- Reliable self-disciplined and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask across different projects and tasks.
- HTML creation skills advantageous (VS Code / Dreamweaver).
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experiencing using 3D software (i.e. Blender) advantageous.
