Tasks

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Support the installation and configuration of computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
Contribute to maintaining and updating IT documentation and records accurately.
Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and initiatives to gain practical experience and skills.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking operating systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
