Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls directing them to the right team members.
- Handle mail faxes couriers and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Process payments received in person or by phone and issue receipts.
- Maintain office supplies including paper letterhead and printer materials.
- Schedule courier services and coordinate mailouts.
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document organization.
- Keep the reception and boardroom areas tidy and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
- 12 years of experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.
- Friendly professional and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50000 $55000 annually with annual performance-based increases
- 3 weeks vacation in the first year; 4 weeks after the first year
- Comprehensive benefits package after probation including 3% RRSP matching
