Job Summary

Position / Specialty: PCU RN Shift: 13 Weeks 3 X 12 s Nights 6:45 p 7:15 a. Ratios: 1:5 Years of experience REQ: 1 to 2 Years Experience Required. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke s 6-week schedule period combination of F/S/S. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs YES - **FLOAT POOL POSITION** WILL NOT be assigned a home unit. Will float between (roughly) 5 units all Med/Surg Intermediate/PCU Departments and floating to other Metro campuses as needed. Certs REQ: BLS NIHSS Certs Preferred: ACLS Skills REQ: Work Settings: MS/Tele Telemetry Cardiac Telemetry Neuro Stepdown. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Telemetry -on the unit monitoring. Cardiovascular: Pre/Post Cardiac Cath. Sepsis wound care ETOH SI Renal Failure AFIB GIB Stroke COVID. Skills Preferred: Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal. Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports Blood Product Administration Central line care/management.
