Clinical Shift Schedule: 4-5 shifts/week; 3x12 4x10s or 5x8s with flexibility required; (Standard shift 7a-3p or 7a-5p)

Monday & Friday Coverage needed

Contract Length: 13 weeks with full-time requirement

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: All ages (no pediatrics at one facility)

Patient Volume/Census: Varies by site

Case Mix: Broad surgical case mix including general ortho urology GYN vascular thoracic neuro and trauma

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Level I and II services supported

EMR System: Epic

Office Equipment Available: Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring

Specialty Backup Available: Multispecialty surgical teams

Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists CRNAs anesthesia techs and nursing staff

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 6090 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures

Anesthesia support for NORA locations including IR EP Endoscopy and MRI

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active North Carolina CRNA license/IMLC

Board: Board Certified CRNA

Certifications: ACLS and PALS required

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience; no new graduates

Other Qualifications: Ability to float between Multiple sister facilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia services across multiple hospital locations

Support a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures

Maintain flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments

Collaborate with anesthesiology teams under medical direction

Document anesthesia care accurately in the EMR
