Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager Consultant to lead Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementations with a primary focus on the Fixed Assets module. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning through go-live-ensuring seamless delivery system integrity and strong alignment between finance and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead the re-implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Fixed Assets module for a large-scale finance transformation.
Define project scope milestones and deliverables; manage timelines resources and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across finance workflows.

Technical Execution

Provide deep configuration and functional expertise in Fixed Assets including asset creation depreciation revaluation and retirement.
Manage integrations between ERP Cloud Finance GL AP and reporting systems.
Oversee customization testing and migration activities to ensure compliance with Oracle and organizational best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Conduct regular status meetings executive updates and risk reviews.
Serve as the primary liaison between business IT and implementation partners to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Experience: 7 10 years in technical project management with hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementation experience.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Fixed Assets module and familiarity with GL AP AR and subledger accounting.
Skills: Proven leadership risk management and communication skills; ability to coordinate global teams in fast-paced environments.
Certifications: PMP and/or Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management platforms.
