This role will involve designing developing and maintaining high-performance scalable and secure enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot PySpark Angular and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event-driven systems microservices architecture and distributed data processing frameworks along with a passion for developing modern cloud-native applications.

Job Description:

As a Senior Java Developer you will play a key role in building and enhancing distributed event-driven applications for enterprise-scale systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams leveraging your expertise in Java Spring Boot and PySpark to deliver robust solutions that integrate seamlessly with modern front-end frameworks like Angular 13.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement high-performance Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop and optimize Spark and PySpark data processing jobs for large-scale analytics and streaming use cases.
Build and maintain event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka for real-time data pipelines and messaging systems.
Design and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
Collaborate with UI teams to integrate Angular 13 components into the back-end architecture.
Implement best practices in unit testing code reviews and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
Manage database integrations using RDBMS and NoSQL systems optimizing for performance and scalability.
Implement infrastructure solutions in AWS (EC2 EKS S3 IAM VPC) ensuring scalability and security compliance.
Support the implementation of Flyway for database versioning and migration management.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and retrospective discussions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices.
Proficiency in Advanced Java concepts including multithreading memory management and design patterns.
Strong experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.
Proficiency in Angular 13 for front-end integration.
Hands-on experience with Kafka streaming AWS services and Git.
Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB DynamoDB) databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and build automation processes.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive ownership-driven attitude.
