Role Role & Responsibilities

As a PICU Specialist you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to critically ill children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and contribute to a positive and effective working environment.

Main tasks include

Provide advanced critical care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor patient conditions administer treatments and manage complex medical equipment.
Collaborate effectively with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
Participate in patient and family education.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the PICU.

Requirements

Medical-MS/MD qualification.
Up to 5 years of experience in pediatric intensive care.
Expertise in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) operations.
Current experience working within the Indian healthcare system.
Proven diagnostic and critical decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and family-centered care.
