Maintain strong relationships with clients brokers custodians and fund houses.

Manage client onboarding documentation and service delivery.

Oversee daily operations in taxation asset wealth and settlement functions.

Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reporting.

Coordinate with finance compliance and back-office teams for smooth execution.

Ensure compliance with SEBI RBI and internal audit standards.
-
Manage KYC AML FATCA and CRS documentation.
-
Identify risks and implement preventive measures for process improvement.
-
Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review.
-
Support audits and client reporting activities.
-
Collaborate with Sales Product Risk Legal and IT teams for client lifecycle management.

Assist in new product rollouts and service enhancements.
-
Coordinate with fund managers and clearing partners for settlements.

Train and upskill team members across all service domains.

Promote knowledge sharing to build a multi-skilled operations team.
