Job Summary

Role: Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager will lead large-scale digital engineering programs combining deep technical expertise with strong program management skills. This role bridges product strategy technical architecture and delivery execution ensuring successful outcomes for complex web and mobile technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise architecture Agile product delivery and Cloud-based solutions (preferably GCP) with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Program/Project & Delivery Management Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level programs ensuring alignment with business objectives; Develop and maintain program schedules milestones and resource plans; Drive risk management quality assurance and governance compliance; Manage budget and financials including forecasting and cost control; Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution across teams; Track progress remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of features and technical components
Product & Requirements Management Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision roadmap and priorities; Translate business needs into technical requirements epics and user stories; Ensure backlog refinement and prioritization for development teams; Align product strategy with technical feasibility and architectural standards
Technical Leadership & Architecture Work closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable secure and reusable design; Oversee technical architecture reviews design decisions and compliance with standards; Ensure integration of business processes operating systems and applications; Provide guidance on DevOps pipeline setups CI/CD practices and Cloud infrastructure
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as the primary POC for executive stakeholders and customers; Provide status reports performance metrics and delivery health dashboards; Handle change management scope approvals and impact analysis; Drive customer alignment and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging technologies (Web Mobile Cloud GenAI); Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization; Enable training and knowledge transfer for teams

Skills & Experience

15 years in software development and IT programs with 8 years in program/project management
Strong technical background in Web and Mobile technologies (React Angular Java Python APIs)
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and backlog management
Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP preferred; Azure & AWS acceptable)
Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD and Source Code repositories
Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Certifications: CSPO SAFe or equivalent Agile certifications
Authorized Architect-level certification in relevant technology (AWS Azure GCP)
Knowledge of GenAI and data engineering concepts is a plus
