Job Description:

9 years of experience in production support.

Provide Level 3/4 support for GitHub production issues including repository access permissions branch protection errors and workflow failures.

Troubleshoot and resolve GitHub admin-level incidents working with DevOps Engineering and Security teams as needed.

Regularly troubleshoot tickets of varying complexity progressing open tickets with timely high-quality replies.

Review and support critical configuration changes such as repo visibility Actions usage and admin settings.
