Coordinate and manage Process /Out going Quality audits.
Take up process audits as per the Internal audit schedule and drive corrective actions
Monitor Out going quality Yield and customer compliants.
Using statistical methods identify and monitor critical manufacturing processes raising the alarm when
necessary and implementing solutions and countermeasures to ensure consistent production of quality
products
Participates in new product introductions and validates processes through Quality Assurance Control.
Attend to Customer Feedback/ Internal Complaint in a timely and effective manner and drive
implementation of corrective actions.
Initiate Drive and Close Corrective actions as appropriate.
Involve in Customer / Third party audits as and when needed.
Drive Zero Defect Culture and ensure DPMO FPY levels as defined are consistently achieved.
Support BU QA Team in timely investigation and closure of customer complaints
Conduct Internal Trainings as and when needed.
Utilize problems solving methodologies to determine root cause of problems and implement effective and
sustainable solutions.
