Mission Recruiting is representing a dynamic and rapidly growing civil litigation defense firm that is seeking a full-time litigation attorney for its Los Angeles office.

Youll gain invaluable hands-on experience from day onetaking depositions arguing motions and preparing for and participating in trials. Your Role Will Include:

Managing a busy litigation caseload across defense areas
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing motions in court
Collaborating on trial strategy and participating in trials
Engaging in intensive trial skills training and mentorship

Who Should Apply:

Attorneys with 1 years of litigation experience - ALL EXPERIENCE RANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED
Experience with insurance defense public entity representation or high-volume litigation is a plus
Willingness to grow into leadership or office management roles
Passion for courtroom work and long-term career growth

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $120000 $200000 depending on experience
