This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
What youll do:
Serve as a trusted partner in providing strategic guidance to support informed decision-making across the CRS.
Develop accessible policies processes and educational materials that deepen understanding of Total Rewards offerings for all team members.
Lead the implementation of Total Rewards programs applying strong project and change management practices to support delivery.
Continuously assess and evolve Total Rewards strategies using data feedback and benchmarking to ensure offerings remain equitable competitive and relevant.
Who youll work with:
You will work closely with FCLs Employee Experience & Labour Relations teams and will report into the Manager Total Rewards. This group is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration where feedback and open communication drive success. By integrating diverse skills and perspectives this team provides strong support for the CRS.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in human resources and:
Have 3-5 years of experience designing or administering Total Rewards programs. We are open to any combination of focus in compensation or benefits.
Have a degree in business majoring in accounting or finance (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
