Job Summary
Werelooking for our nextindustrious and innovativeIntegrations Specialistto join ourIntegration Services team. Reporting to theTeam Lead Customer Integration Servicesyoullbea critical part of accelerating implementations protecting our partnerships and ensuring that HL7/FHIR interfaces are delivered on time all while supporting growth opportunities in healthcare integrations.
AdayinthelifeasaIntegrations Specialist:
- Own project cycles and deliverablesOverseeprojects spanning the entire cycle from discovery to post-go-live monitoring usingPlanHatto coordinatemonitor and execute.
- Be an expert troubleshooter Supportexistingintegrationsand triage support ticketstofulfillinitial response and target closure times.
- Improve internal processes Share your knowledge andexpertisewith theteam bymaintainingour existing playbooks and userdocumentation andaugmentingthem with new process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally Communicate with stakeholders gatherprojectand document requirements and keepexternalstakeholders in the loop with continuous projectupdatesas necessary.
- Enable the internal operations team Keep everythingabove boardby continuouslymaintainingour internal tools (Mirth/VPN/SFTP)and keeping operations steady.
Ifthe below describe yourknowledge experienceandcharacterthis role could be for you:
- I have knowledge ofJavaScript SQL or similar scripting languages particularly for automations and custom transformations.
- I am familiar with integration patterns middleware concepts and connectivity protocols such as VPN SFTP and API authentication.
- I gained my knowledge through3 yearsof direct experience indata mapping and validation interface configurationandend-to-end integration delivery.
- I have experience in thehealthcareindustryor with healthcare software integrations.
- I have experience withPlanHator other project management software as well as HL7/FHIR or Mirth Connect
- Imfamiliar withEMR/EHR workflows and have a basic understanding of network troubleshooting.
- Imexceptional atanalysing and troubleshooting complex integration issues and thinking critically under pressure.
- I get most excited aboutcontinuously learning and honing my skills as the landscape shifts and new systems and integration patternsemerge.
- Imextra passionate aboutteamwork collaborating with others and translating technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- I have a proven ability tobe adaptive and flexible especially when it comes to shiftingprioritiesand evolving healthcare requirements.
- Imwilling to occasionally traveland have a valid passport and no travel restrictionsthat limit my ability tocross the border between Canada and the USA(and Vietnam ifrequiredfor role).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing andencourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endlessopportunityto expressmyideas and buildmyleadership skills
