We are exclusively representing our client a very popular and well-known restaurant chain in hiring for a Senior Manager of FP&A.
The role is based in the West Adams area of Los Angeles and is 3-4 days onsite (dependent on how far candidate lives from the office).
The role pays up to $180000 Base Compensation Bonus Equity.
Candidates would need to have either multi-unit restaurant or retail experience.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working on store-level annual planning and periodic forecasting processes and partnering with operations leadership to understand restaurant-level financial performance and KPIs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Collaborating with marketing supply chain and operations to develop store-level cost of sales plans as part of the annual planning process.
- Working with cross-functional partners to align annual plan with strategic initiatives and cost-saving measures.
- Serving as finance support for the operations team supporting over 250 company-operated restaurants.
- Supporting the operations team with reporting on KPIs financial results and variance analysis to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Partnering with operations leadership to identify outlier restaurants in specific KPIs and Financial metrics.
- Supporting marketing and culinary in the product development process and operational initiatives by providing financial insights on potential impact to sales cost of sales and store-level margin.
