Job Summary
A leading Fire and Life Safety Solutions provider is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Baltimore Market to lead fire alarm sprinkler and life safety system projects ranging from $50K to $4M. This role oversees scheduling budgeting compliance and coordination from start to finish ensuring projects meet NFPA and UFC standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution budgets and subcontractors
- Ensure code compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5 years in Fire/Life Safety or MEP project management
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and UFC standards
- Experience with budgets drawings and project software (e.g. ServiceTrade)
- NICET Level II or higher preferred
