Position Summary: We are searching for friendly energetic highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. A strong personal commitment is necessary to complete the training process. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing assembling and cooking pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. This role ensures every pizza is crafted with care maintains consistency in flavor and presentation and upholds kitchen cleanliness food safety and efficiency during service hours.
Job Duties:
Prepare pizza dough sauces and toppings following standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
Stretch toss and shape pizza dough to desired size and thickness.
Maintain consistent quality presentation and portion control across all pizzas served.
Ensure proper storage rotation and labeling of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
Clean and sanitize workstations ovens utensils and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours with prep plating and other culinary tasks as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
