Position: HR Payroll Specialist

What You Will Do
Oversee daily payroll operations focusing on Taiwans daily worker payroll.
Manage payroll compliance activities including annual tax and insurance payments and filings.
Support SOX compliance documentation for all processes.
Partner on process improvement and project initiatives.
Co-work with payroll vendors to ensure successful payroll operations including monthly payroll calculation for over 500 employees.
Fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
Work with various departments on cross-functional priorities.
Ensure positive employee experience for all payroll-related inquiries.

Basic Qualifications
Familiarity with Taiwans IIT policies and labor laws.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and strong internal controls.
Unquestionable ethical standards and the ability to provide customer service across different company levels.
Excellent collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree minimum.
Experience in managing large-scale(500 employee) payroll processes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and global mainstream accounting and HR systems.
