How Youll Make an Impact
Conduct inspections on incoming goods and production components using standardized procedures.
Record and maintain detailed inspection results and non-conformity documentation.
Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
Support risk assessments and PFMEA activities with cross-functional teams.
Assist in managing changes to products processes and suppliers.
Identify and report non-conforming materials and components.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on inspection findings.
Participate in training to enhance technical skills and quality knowledge.
Your Background
Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field.
2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing inspection.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation practices.
Experience with inspection tools measurement techniques and calibration.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
