Duration: 24 Weeks
Pay Rate: $47 $50/hr ($1880 $2000/week)
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy to restore or enhance function and independence.
Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with PT Speech and Nursing teams.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Educate patients and families on goals and exercises.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Occupational Therapy (accredited program).
Active AZ OT license.
Experience in acute rehab or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication organization and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
