We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that support the daily activities of our office and facilitate effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with inquiries.
  • Manage and organize office files and documents.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence including emails and memos.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room usage.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
