Job Title: Lockbox Processor
Pay Rate:$20/hour
Schedule:Full-time 5 days per week (3040 hours).
Shifts: Flexible schedule SundaySaturday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Description
The Lockbox Processor is responsible for accurately processing client payments and related documentation in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. This position requires strong attention to detail solid computer skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client payments in accordance with defined business rules and quality standards.
- Perform document preparation and high-speed scanning of remittance items.
- Accurately review and verify payment batches for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve processing issues.
- Follow all company procedures related to security confidentiality and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and carry 1015 lbs. (e.g. trays of mail) as needed.
