Shift Auto Group ReCar is looking for a proven automotive leader who thrives on performance accountability and team development.

As Regional Sales Manager youll take full ownership of the ReCar network leading talented managers driving results and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations in Atlantic Canada. This full-time leadership role reports directly to the Integrator and plays a key part in shaping the future of ReCar and Shift Auto Group an expanding organization with 22 locations built on teamwork execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee sales operations and performance across all ReCar locations in Atlantic Canada.

  • Provide direction coaching and development to ReCar Branch Managers.

  • Maintain a strong presence across stores and head office to ensure process alignment and operational excellence.

  • Communicate with clarity and consistency across all levels from branch managers to executive leadership ensuring alignment accountability and a shared vision of success.

  • Engage daily with Branch Managers to assess opportunities and drive accountability.

  • Ensure adherence to strong non-negotiable sales processes with consistent follow through.

  • Resolve high level issues with empathy care and ownership.

  • Build strong relationships with Shift Auto Groups leadership team to reinforce culture and teamwork.

  • Review P&L statements against budgets and address process staffing or performance gaps.

  • Motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability and performance.

  • Drive excellence in sales volume gross profit and customer satisfaction.

  • Host bi-weekly sales meetings that motivate align and energize teams.

  • Monitor daily KPIs and follow up on performance trends.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan impactful campaigns and promotions.

  • Report directly to the Integrator on performance insights and opportunities.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills are non-negotiable this role requires a proven ability to inspire coach and hold teams accountable across multiple locations.

  • Proven leadership experience managing managers and teams in the automotive industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to hold leaders accountable while supporting their growth and success.

  • Strong record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to connect across diverse teams and personalities.

  • Skilled at leading structured meetings that motivate clarify and drive results.

  • Able to resolve challenges with empathy care and accountability.

  • Strong relationship builder and collaborator with leadership peers.

  • Committed to fostering teamwork culture and sustained success.
