Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Handle general customer questions and inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling requests using Field Routes CRM
- Capture and process new leads to ensure no potential customers are missed
- Provide customer service for existing clients
- Use Field Routes CRM system for all customer interactions and data management
Requirements
- Heavy recent experience in customer service or phone support roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Field Routes experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
