Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bakery and decorating operations.
Ensure timely and high-quality order production and delivery.
Monitor staff attendance performance and workflow efficiency.
Manage inventory minimise waste and ensure accurate requisitions.
Maintain hygiene safety and food quality standards.
Review daily reports and prepare weekly performance summaries.
Support continuous improvement and staff training initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field.
2 years experience in bakery food production or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Zoho Books/CRM is an advantage.

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or until operations are concluded) Sundays off; one additional off day per month (not during peak periods)

Leave: 2 weeks of annual paid leave (non-peak periods only)

Remuneration: NGN 300000 Plus Incentives
