About the Role
Were looking for a detail-driven Business Intelligence Engineer to design develop and maintain data-driven solutions that power insights for our clients. This role blends technical development in C#.NET and SQL with advanced analytics and visualization work on the SAS platform. Youll collaborate closely with developers analysts and stakeholders to transform raw data into clear actionable intelligencewhile ensuring all work meets strict compliance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using the C# /.NET / SQL tech stack for data processing transformation and reporting
- Design implement and optimize dashboards reports and analytics using SAS tools and visualization components
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models to support business reporting and analytics needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub and Jira in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for BI applications and automated deployment of reports or data models
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with CJIS and other relevant standards
- Participate in code reviews sprint planning and release readiness reviews

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence development using C#.NET and SQL
- Experience working with the SAS platform for statistical analysis reporting or visualization
- Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and database optimization
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Jira CI/CD and Agile/Scrum workflows
- Must be able to connect from a U.S. territory IP address
- Must successfully complete a background check including fingerprinting and CJIS training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating SAS with external systems or APIs using C#/.NET
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI or data warehousing tools (Azure Synapse AWS Redshift etc.)
- Understanding of data governance compliance frameworks or secure development practices
- Experience building automated testing or deployment pipelines for BI workloads
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and interactive data visualization
