Description
Netchex is looking for a talented Front End Engineer to join our innovative team in Nigeria. This full-time remote position offers an incredible opportunity to work in the dynamic Human Resources industry where youll help shape the user experience for our HR solutions.
As a Front End Engineer you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to create seamless and efficient user interfaces that enhance our platforms functionality and user engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field
- 5 years of experience in front-end development
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React Angular)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services is a plus
