Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle job posting sourcing screening interviewing selection and onboarding.
Develop department-wise manpower plans and proactively build candidate pipelines.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews in coordination with department heads.
Maintain and update Zoho Recruit ATS ensuring data accuracy and candidate tracking.
Coordinate offer negotiations joining formalities and induction programs.
Maintain HR documentation: appointment letters probation confirmations and database management.
Assist in performance management attendance and policy implementation.
Support HR audits employee engagement activities and compliance tasks (PF ESI etc.).
Requirements
Bachelors / Masters degree in HR Management or related field.
37 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines.
Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
