Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle job posting sourcing screening interviewing selection and onboarding.

  • Develop department-wise manpower plans and proactively build candidate pipelines.

  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews in coordination with department heads.

  • Maintain and update Zoho Recruit ATS ensuring data accuracy and candidate tracking.

  • Coordinate offer negotiations joining formalities and induction programs.

  • Maintain HR documentation: appointment letters probation confirmations and database management.

  • Assist in performance management attendance and policy implementation.

  • Support HR audits employee engagement activities and compliance tasks (PF ESI etc.).



Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in HR Management or related field.

  • 37 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
