The American Association for Continuous Education (AACE) is seeking to hire an experienced District Sales Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead and manage the Indoor Medical sales team drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
-Supervise and support sales supervisors and medical representatives.
-Develop and implement sales strategies and geographical coverage plans to increase market share.
-Analyse sales data and KPIs; prepare and present performance reports to management.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients doctors pharmacies and distributors.
-Train mentor and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales including at least 2 years as a Sales Supervisor or District Manager.
-Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and distribution channels.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare performance reports.
-Strategic thinking and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
-Proficiency in English and MS Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
-Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Nasr City and Dokki office.
