Learn more about Nissans future here: are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team and lead the full spectrum of manufacturing operations across all production shops. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient safe and highquality production processes while driving continuous improvement cost optimization and strong crossfunctional collaboration. This role plays a key part in executing the companys strategic direction and supporting the longterm success of the Manufacturing (MFG) function.
Main Responsibilities
Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure efficient safe and highquality operations across all production shops.
Translate General Manager strategies into actionable plans aligned with QCTM pillars.
Maintain effective communication and workflow between Manufacturing and all internal/external stakeholders.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Assess departmental performance identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive costreduction initiatives across all manufacturing areas.
Develop and manage futurestate (WANT TO BE) scenarios to support longterm Manufacturing strategy.
Reporting & Technical Documentation
Prepare highlevel management reports and detailed technical documentation to support informed decisionmaking.
Project & Model Launch Management
Oversee activities for new projects and manage manufacturing phases of new model launches.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage Manufacturing budget including headcount overtime and material costs ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Safety Environment & Workplace Organization
Ensure full compliance with 5S and OHS standards to maintain a clean safe and efficient work environment.
Who Were Looking for:
Bachelors degree in manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or related Engineering field.
10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing process management.
Strong knowledge of quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within crossfunctional and crosscultural teams.
Strong problemsolving leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Strong drive to achieve results and deliver continuous improvement.
