About The Role:

The Corporate Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of corporate sales Executives to achieve revenue targets and strengthen client relationships. This role involves driving sales strategies identifying business opportunities and ensuring high standards of performance and client satisfaction within the corporate segment.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Recruit onboard and train corporate sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance ensuring adherence to KPIs and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with insurance companies and TPAs to support corporate clients and resolve issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales agreements.
  • Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities.




Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving their targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and business dealings.
